Internal Customer Sales & Service Coordinator
Workforce Extensions Ballarat is partnering with Plastek Industries to recruit a capable and organised Customer Sales & Service Coordinator with strong attention to detail. This is a busy, hands on role in a trade focused manufacturing environment where you will be at the centre of daily operations, keeping orders, deliveries and communication running smoothly.
About the Business
Plastek Industries is a well established Australian manufacturer supplying precast concrete, underground infrastructure and plastic products to civil, plumbing and construction sectors. With over 50 years of industry experience, Plastek supports a wide range of infrastructure, civil and trade applications across Victoria and beyond. This is a hands on manufacturing workplace supporting civil and infrastructure projects, where reliability, coordination and getting the job done right are critical.
About the Role
You will work closely with customers, transport, production and internal teams to manage orders, coordinate deliveries and keep everything moving. You will also support systems, inventory visibility and process improvements across the business. The role includes both standard product orders and more customised solutions, requiring close coordination with internal teams to meet specific customer and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer enquiries, orders and ongoing communication
* Provide accurate product, pricing and delivery information
* Coordinate deliveries with customers, transport providers and internal teams
* Work across internal systems to manage orders and stock accuracy
* Support inventory coordination and liaise with 3PL providers
* Identify and contribute to process and system improvements
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in internal sales, customer service or coordination within a trade, manufacturing, transport or industrial environment
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting
* Clear and confident communication skills
