Job Overview

This role as a Service Manager is pivotal in leading a thriving team of like-minded individuals driven by purpose and integrity. You will model our company values, live and breathe employment services, and genuinely believe that Work's for Everyone.


Responsibilities

* Maintain a team environment focused on delivering service excellence.
* Establish clear direction for effective team operations across various locations.
* Develop and maintain a culture of performance within the business.
* Provide leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback, and opportunities for growth to team members.
* Under the Regional or Operations Manager, manage risk, governance, and contractual performance.


Qualifications, Attributes and Experience

* Management experience and a proven track record of leading a team.
* Customer service or client-facing experience.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate employees and clients in overcoming challenges.
* Liaising with multiple stakeholders with confidence.
* KPI management experience is desired.
* A current Driver's Licence is required.
* A genuine desire to be part of a broader family that shares our purpose.
