**Overview**

**This is a 10-month fixed term contract position**

This role is responsible for shaping and leading the group's organisational development framework and strategies to support an engaging culture aligned with the group purpose and values and driving initiatives in support of an inclusive environment.

This role will be accountable for a portfolio of organisational development programs, including diversity & inclusion, executive and leadership development, talent & succession, employee engagement and organisational culture. This role will also lead the Corporate Centre Learning and Development Team and collaborate with the broader HR team to achieve the Group's strategy.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Strategic Focus
- Develop and drive the company's DEI, employee listening and leadership development strategies, consulting with Heads of HR to align strategies with organisational goals
- Manage our partnerships with third-party providers supporting our organisational development initiatives
- Leadership Development and L&D
- Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs that meet the needs of the various business units and functions
- Oversee the collaboration with senior leaders to identify and address capability gaps
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop, embed and maintain leadership competency models
- Oversee the group's compliance learning program and online learning offering
- Talent Management:

- Design appropriate Talent processes, tools and programs
- Ensure ELT and SLT succession plans are maintained in support of a pipeline of ready and future leaders
- Establish an offering of executive development options including managing executive coaching arrangements
- Ensure the continuous development of high-potential leaders
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

- Lead initiatives to promote representation, equal opportunities and inclusion at all levels of the organisation, including leadership
- Lead the DEIB Champions Team and RAP Working Group to develop and execute their activities
- Lead the communication and engagement plan to raise awareness and ownership of diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all global reporting and submission requirements including gender pay gap and WGEA

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in organisational development, talent management, or related HR fields
- Proven track record in leading successful organisational development initiatives from idea to implementation
- Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Experience with change management and organisational transformation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement operational plan
- Strong understanding of leadership development and DEI best practices
