The role of an Operations Team Leader at our organisation is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing teams.
This full-time position involves overseeing lifeguard teams, managing day-to-day operations, recruiting, training, and scheduling staff. You will lead health and safety committees, manage incident reporting, and conduct operations audits.
* Lead the operations/lifeguard team and assist with managing and developing the team
* Roster and pay staff
* End of month reporting and invoicing
* Coordinate with other centre leaders
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has strong administrative skills, experience leading small teams, and can commit to regular work patterns with additional hours during peak times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
* HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
