Job Title: Learning Experience Coordinator
The Learning Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all personnel groups receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively. This includes coordinating and delivering induction, site-specific, and Defence-mandated training, as well as maintaining accurate training records.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver training programs across various sites and personnel groups, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
* Track and report on training compliance status, identifying gaps or expired qualifications and escalating them promptly to ensure continued excellence.
* Collaborate with Regional Manager and Safety, Environment, and Compliance teams to develop and implement training programs that reflect updated policy or procedural changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Manage training vendors and facilitators for external training requirements, leveraging expertise and resources to enhance the learning experience.
* Support investigations and non-conformance reviews by providing critical information on training history or compliance status, contributing to informed decision-making.
* Contribute to the development of high-quality training materials, SOPs, and learning content, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.
