About the Role
IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 150 practices and providing over 10 million patient consultations yearly. The role requires a friendly and supportive team environment to manage patient flow.
Responsibilities
* Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients.
* Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre.
* Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times.
* Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services.
Qualifications
* Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Exceptional data entry and communication skills.
* Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
* Ability to develop quality working relationships.
