Boab Metals Limited (ASX: BML) is an Australian resource company developing the world‐class Sorby Hills Silver‐Lead Project in Western Australia's Kimberley region. As we continue to build momentum through project development and corporate growth, we are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team at our West Perth corporate office.
This is a full‐time, permanent position offering an immediate start and the opportunity to work in a fast‐paced, ASX‐listed environment focused on critical minerals and responsible development.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Board Support
Provide high‐level administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Manage correspondence, and travel itineraries (domestic and international).
Coordinate and prepare Board and Committee meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow‐up actions.
Corporate Communications & Governance
Assist in the preparation and drafting of ASX announcements, investor presentations, and corporate documents.
Manage the logistics for Annual General Meetings, investor roadshows, site visits, and corporate events.
Maintain version control of sensitive corporate documents and ensure timely distribution.
Maintain and update the corporate website, coordinate distribution of market updates and announcements.
Office & Site Administration
Act as the point of contact for office management including supplies, contractors, landlord liaison, and general upkeep.
Assist in supporting remote project administration (e.g., travel, logistics, and document coordination for site personnel).
Coordinate charter flights, site visits, and VIP guest logistics as required.
Assist in implementing and maintaining administrative processes and procedures in collaboration with site staff.
Human Resources & Compliance
Maintain personnel files and onboarding documentation for new staff and contractors.
Administer leave records, HR documents, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Support senior leadership in maintaining contractor and service provider agreements.
Finance & Systems Support
Prepare monthly expense claims, credit card reconciliations, and assist with accounts payable as needed.
Maintain contact databases, service agreements, and ensure filing systems are well‐organised and up to date.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar EA role, ideally within an ASX‐listed mining or resources company.
An investor‐facing mindset and a flair for marketing and communication would be considered an advantage.
Exposure to Board‐level reporting and governance.
Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and working knowledge of Excel.
Exceptional organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Confident managing competing priorities.
Experience coordinating corporate travel and high‐level events.
