Your new role
As a Branch Teller, you'll support customers across face to face, phone and digital channels. You will handle everyday transactions, respond to enquiries, and provide helpful product guidance.
In this role, you will:
* Process banking transactions accurately
* Assist with cash handling and branch operations
* Resolve customer enquiries across multiple channels
* Identify opportunities to recommend suitable products
* Contribute to a positive, team focused branch environment
What you'll need to succeed
* Customer service experience in a face to face
* Strong communication and rapport building skills
* Ability to identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions
* Cash handling or transactional experience (desirable)
