Responsibilities
Implement field modifications according to the modification instruction (including tests, if required)
Ensure use of valid/calibrated tools
Populate relevant modification follow-up data base and report relevant information to Field Modification Coordinator-Leader & PI Customer Site Manager
Ensure information flow within the field modification team (e.g. shift handover)
Respect EHS rules (Environment Health & Safety rules) and any work-related processes. Ensure risk assessment & secure-system-of-work is available.
Report any deviation or non-conformity associated with the field modification
Ensure all necessary parts, tools & documents are available prior to starting the field modification
Perform maintenance and repair activities as directed by the Maintenance Manager
Your Profile
To be eligible for the role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Trade Qualified (Mechanical)
Basic Electrical knowledge
Minimum IT knowledge
Internal EHS training
Technical operational experience (Mechanical)
Field Experience in rail maintenance
Teamwork capacity
EHS knowledge and exposure
Rail Product knowledge
Full Australian Work Rights
