Overview

Lead small teams and delivery workstreams focused on AI-first and full-stack solutions. You will balance technical contribution with mentoring, ensuring high-quality deployments of GenAI-enabled applications, AI Ops, and automation that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

* Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-enabled full-stack applications and GenAI solutions.

* Coach and guide junior developers, analysts, and engineers on best practices in AI/ML and software engineering.

* Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance technical deployments across the stack.

* Contribute to reusable templates, code libraries, and documentation.

* Partner with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

* 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development, AI/ML delivery, and automation.

* Strong coding and development skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, APIs).

* Exposure to GenAI tools, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and AI Ops practices.

* Solid collaboration and delivery execution skills; ability to work in agile teams.

* Passion for learning and applying emerging AI and full-stack technologies.
