Join a highly supportive multidisciplinary allied health team committed to evidence-based, client-centred practice. As a Senior OT, you will provide advanced clinical services while supervising a team of four Occupational Therapy Clinicians.
THE ROLE
Caseload - Mixed NDIS clients, including:
* Autism and neurodivergence
* Global developmental delay
* Sensory processing differences
* Motor planning and coordination challenges
* Emotional regulation and functional skill development needs
* School participation, play, and daily living skill goals
Service Delivery - Flexible therapy model with the option to work across:
* Clinic
* Home
* School
* Community
* Telehealth
Leadership & Supervision - As the Senior OT, you will:
* Provide
clinical supervision
to 4 Occupational Therapy Clinicians (OTCs)
* Support skill development, clinical reasoning, and caseload management
* Lead peer-learning, quality improvement, and discipline-specific development
* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and service development initiatives
Expectations:
* Realistic target of
five billable hours per day
, including documentation, planning, reports, and travel
* Protected non-billable time for supervision and team leadership
* No pressure to overbook — bonuses commence from 80% caseload

YOU BRING:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and
AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* Experience working with paediatric & adult clients under the NDIS
* Strong skills in sensory processing, functional skills development, emotional regulation, and play-based intervention
* Interest or experience in supervision or team leadership
* Commitment to client-centred, evidence-informed practice
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
* WWCC and valid driver's licence
