Location: Various locations throughout Western Sydney Nepean Blue Mountains and South Western Sydney Districts

We are creating a Talent Pool to fill roles across the Western Sydney Nepean Blue Mountains (offices located in Parramatta, Blacktown, Mt Druitt, St Mary's, Windsor, Penrith, Greater Blue Mountains) and South Western Sydney Districts (offices located in Bankstown, Fairfield, Liverpool and Campbelltown). The Talent Pool will be accessed for any future vacancies across these districts.

Salary: $93,295 - $102,941 per annum Plus Employer contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading per year of service.

Your role

The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.


What you'll do

As part of a Community Service Centre, you will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services and support to ensure client focused, consistent high quality service delivery across DCJ Community Service Centres (CSC).
