They offer flexible, hybrid working conditions and an adult environment. This role may be Sydney or Melbourne based. Hybrid working, 2 days(ish) required on site per week.
**The Role**
This is an HR Transformation Project support role, as such is a fixed term contract role for approximately 12 months (daily rate). Given the size and scope of the project, there is definitely opportunity to extend.
This role is supporting an international expansion project, particularly focused on the UK market. You'll ideally have experience across HR process mapping / analysis and how policies will need to be amended for the international market. You will be responsible for driving analysis and facilitating strategic advice to support project decision making, planning and delivery across a portfolio of complex initiatives.
**About You**
Ideally you will have;
- Previous experience in business analysis and/or HR support services
- Demonstrated experience conducting analysis and delivery of HR business requirements across a complex portfolio of initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills including, a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively across the most senior levels of organisations
- Proven experience working independently and/or with multidisciplinary teams including the management and mentoring of other business analysts
- Well-developed interpersonal skills capable of engaging and building trusted relationships and can influence at all levels across a business
- Capacity to work well under pressure with competing priorities and time constraints
- Superior analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills with emphasis on developing quality outcomes
