ACE, ECI, and WLS have merged under a single operating model to form a scaled platform delivering aftermarket wear solutions across Western Australia's major mine sites. The group services over 29 sites with high-replacement products including ceramic liners, metallic overlays, epoxy, castings, and fabrication. These consumables are replaced every 3–6 months and underpin a highly recurring, margin-accretive revenue base.

The group is now structured for growth, with integration underway and an uplift program across procurement, inventory, and operations. International sourcing opportunities (e.g. Indonesia) are being assessed to reduce landed cost and supply risk.
Role Purpose
To lead strategic sourcing, supplier strategy, and domestic procurement planning across ACE, ECI, and WLS. This role transforms the Group's sourcing and procurement capability from a reactive, site-based process into a commercially-driven platform focused on value creation, reliability, and scale.
This role partners with the Head of International Procurement & System Optimisation, who is a peer on the MSG team. While Head of International Procurement & System Optimisation leads procurement operations, landed cost, systems, and continuous improvement, the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Lead, leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies, commercial negotiation, domestic procurement rhythms, and inventory planning.
The role works closely with Head of Operations, for all businesses, Head of International Strategy and Chief Financial Officer to align supplier arrangements, manage procurement risk, and deliver measurable value to the business.
Experience
· –15 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
· Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation, and planning capability
· Sector experience in mining, industrial services, or manufacturing preferred
