About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager of Integrity is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for the functional direction and strategic delivery of integrity, governance and compliance for the industry in Victoria.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, develop, drive and build the collective integrity team capability performance and measure outcomes to deliver high quality, responsive and innovative services
Ensure effective coordination of integrity professionals before, during and after events
Drive integrity and oversee the of investigation and prosecutorial processes to ensure they are procedurally sound and undertaken in accordance with legislation, policy and procedures ensuring compliance on a range of matters
Lead the proactive testing, monitoring, analysis and reporting of integrity data and intelligence to inform decision making, drive a culture of continuous improvement and position the organisation as a global leader in integrity
Assess and analyse new and emerging trends in integrity for the industry in collaboration with the CEO and provide thought strategic leadership
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in industry and government bodies
About you
You will be a key professional in integrity and governance, most likely from a sporting, corporate or government body. You must demonstrate significant experience preparing and presenting evidence in legal settings and contemporary knowledge, understanding and experience of the principles of Administrative Law.
You have excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, able to accommodate the legal, strategic and operational complexities within the industry. You will be a solid leader of people who can identify and implement timely, creative, innovative and flexible solutions to complex problems. Additionally, you will have an exemplary relationship building skills at the most senior executive and government levels.
