Your Day-to-Day Includes:Engaging with a steady stream of inbound and outbound leads - customers who have expressed interest by contacting us directly or visiting our website.Providing tailored recommendations on Private Health Insurance policies based on each customer’s specific needs.Offering a consultative approach, guiding customers through comparisons to showcase the value of each policy.Managing a personal portfolio of warm leads to build ongoing relationships.Consistently meeting achievable monthly KPIs in a supportive and ethical environment.
What We’re Looking For:A solid track record of sales success in any industry.Ideally, 12 months or more of outbound sales experience, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic is what matters most.Health insurance sales experience of 6 + months is required.Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine customer-first attitude.
