A great opportunity for a trade qualified mechanical fitter to step into a leading hand position to provide support to the workshop supervisor in a fast paced environment. This is a hands on leadership position for someone who is able to manage high-volume workflow and a diverse team. You will work closely with the workshop supervisor driving daily operations, coordinating workflow and ensuring jobs are delivered on time to the highest standard. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the tools while also leading from the front—balancing technical expertise with team coordination and customer communication. What\u2019s in it for you

Coordinate daily workshop jobs and staff. Liaise with customers on service updates and quotes. Assist with job costing and scheduling. Manage team dynamics to meet tight deadlines. Use Microsoft Office for emails and documentation. Skills and Experience
Trade Qualification
(Mechanical Fitting highly regarded). Experience leading or assisting in a service department. Strong people skills and a steady leadership style.
