Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to develop and maintain plant control systems.
This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability at our site as it progresses through the establishment phase.
* Develop and implement standards for plant control systems and automation processes.
* Manage and maintain PCS, including SCADA and PLC programming, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
* Supervise contractors and site personnel involved in control systems and automation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, program, and maintain Rockwell Automation systems.
* Troubleshoot and rectify faults within data networks including Ethernet, ControlNet, and Modbus communication systems.
* Collaborate with Electrical Engineering Manager, Mine Manager, CHPP Superintendent, and General Manager to achieve operational targets.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Trade background with strong PLC programming experience.
* Experience in Rockwell Automation software, including Allen-Bradley PLCs and Plant SCADA.
* Strong capability in SCADA system development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
