What will you do?
* Act as the primary HR/ER advisor for leaders, providing guidance on performance issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations, restructures, and contract matters
* Lead complex workplace investigations and manage high-risk ER/IR cases
* Manage team member and industrial relations matters
* Support the creation and implementation of HR/ER policies, processes, and initiatives
* Assist in executing enterprise and local HR/ER and business strategies
* Deliver HR/ER projects and support engagement initiatives
* Provide professional and accurate HR/ER advice
More about you
* Experience in human resources and employee relations within a fast-paced environment
* Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, Fair Work Act, and tribunal processes
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance fairness, legal compliance, and business outcomes
* Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence
* Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent) preferred
