What you will be doingSelling a range of capital and consumables in the hospital operating theatre environment across the Newcastle Region up to Coffs HarbourWork closely with NUMS, theatre techs, nursing staff, establish trials within the operating theatreDevelop commercial relationships with significant stakeholders within the hospital environment including operating theatre staff, product committees, procurement, C SuiteMeet quarterly and yearly sales quotas, gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customersBecome a product expert as you support your customers in the field and the operating theatre
Skills & Experience CAN INCLUDE...Sound territory management and key customer relationships management skillsExcellent time management skillsStrong negotiation skillsKnowledge of the sales process within the hospital environmentTertiary Qualifications are preferred in a scientific, allied health field specifically physiotherapy/OTPrevious device sales experiencePrevious theatre experienceExperience selling in the pharmaceutical industryGood communication & presentation skills.Ability to adapt & learn quicklyYou strive to be seen as an expert in your fieldYou will be a high achiever with results that reflect your outcomes in previous roles and lifeMost importantly you are a hunter, who never stops to achieve the sale!
