Lead Store Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our store as part of our dynamic team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create exceptional customer experiences by leading the team to provide meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty.
* Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
* Maintain a positive culture where everyone is valued, recognised, and enabled to succeed.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
* A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
* A hands-on leadership style who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
* A flexible work schedule and ability to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
