Information Technology Customer Support Officer (Grade 3)
This role is based in Colac and provides excellent customer service and IT support to all SWARH Members and Customers.
The primary objective of the Customer Support Officer is to engage with Members and Customers to provide high quality virtual and onsite ICT support across the South West Region whilst meeting overall Service Level Agreement targets.
As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with SWARH members and customers to resolve their IT issues and ensure they have access to the technology they need to deliver healthcare services.
