**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Strong understanding and knowledge of RESTful API and associated web protocols.
- Experience with Postman and/or equivalent JSON based programs for API testing.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, attention to detail and critical thinking abilities with well-structured written and verbal communications.
- Willingness to research, train and implement new technologies and systems within the integration domain.
- Solid customer service experience.
- Experience in automating processes via PowerShall/Python (Desirable)
