**Role Description**
- Lead and develop strategies to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
- Oversee daily operations of Team Leaders to achieve high-quality service delivery, including the development and monitoring of client goals.
- Work collaboratively with health professionals and other agencies to ensure client outcomes and personal goals are achieved by building capacity and independence where possible.
- Oversee and ensure day-to-day client needs are met within appropriate timeframes.
- Promote and appropriately represent Hope circle to external agencies, providers, referrers, and clients and their families.
- Ensure any complaints and/or incidents are reported on and resolved within required timeframes and in accordance with policies and processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular, constructive feedback to the team and individual team members to improve performance and support professional development opportunities in line with the Performance Development &Review policy.
- Manage unsatisfactory performance and/or conduct in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate a team culture that has a strong focus on best practices, compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
- Record client interactions in the client database and ensure timely and accurate entry of client notes that comply with best practice and defensible documentation standards.
- Ensure the secure management and ethical use of client and organizational confidential information and compliance with privacy policies and legislation.
- Be a proactive contributor promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and risk management practices and participate in internal reviews designed to maintain standards and enhance Hope circle service delivery model, reputation, and legislative compliance requirements.
- Actively contribute to a team environment through open communication, participation in regular staff meetings, planning processes, and policy review. Provide backup and support to other staff as necessary.

**Desirable Criteria**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, disability, marketing, allied health or a related field. or other relevant qualification
- Proven prior experience in the role.
- Experience with forensic clients.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Service Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
