The Opportunity
As the Finance Manager - you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the engine room of finance - ensuring accurate execution across financial processes, oversitecollections, rebate funding, and internal reporting, while continuously optimising systems to support a fast-scaling business.
As a key people leader, you’ll oversee core accounting, receivables, and rebate operations, while coordinating offshore workflows to drive efficiency and consistency across the function. Working closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, and FP&A Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering clean data, strong controls, and reliable reporting that supports day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making
