In this role, you will:

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

* Digital marketing expertise: proven track record in delivering digital projects with demonstrated experience in content management systems, content development, media production and digital marketing applications. Extensive experience in digital communications, operations and processes, including using Squiz Matrix CMS, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Hemmingway, Microsoft Clarity, Jira and Monsido, to maintain and continually improve websites and website content. Familiarity with HTML, knowledge of Accessibility Standards and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Communications skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills to write concisely and appropriately for a range of digital media. Write, edit and publish new content and updates to the Agriculture Victoria website. Prepare briefs and reports on digital services matters in a succinct way targeted to the needs of the audience. expertise in content development, implementation and ongoing evaluation. Experience in writing search-friendly content for a specific target audience.
* Stakeholder engagement: ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and deliver a high level of customer service.
* Project experience: demonstrated experience working on digital projects. Good time management skills with ability to prioritise workload, solve problems by identifying options and recommending solutions.
* Analytical skills: a good understanding of website metrics - experience analysing and reporting website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, setting Looker Studio reports and developing methods to improve audience engagement. Experience with preparing reports and insights for senior leaders.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
