Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Consultant to provide operational support, manage incidents, and implement change requests within SAP systems, focusing on SAP HR Payroll processes. This role will also involve working closely with clients to ensure smooth system operation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide SAP system support based on best practices, aligned to Capgemini delivery standards.
* Manage incidents, problem resolution, change requests, and service requests.
* Analyze incidents with urgency, restore service, and perform root cause analysis.
* Lead and execute change requests related to SAP systems.
* Provide regular reports and engage with client stakeholders.
* Offer subject-matter expertise and strategic recommendations for system enhancements.
* Lead requirements gathering, create use cases, and support architecture and process development.
* Communicate technical and functional information to clients and partners.
* Perform SAP HR Payroll configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
* Support post-implementation activities, including testing, debugging, and system maintenance.
* Drive continuous improvement and implement automation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* 5-8 years of experience in SAP HR Payroll, including process mapping, configuration, testing, and change management.
* Experience with SAP Time Evaluation and SAP HCM module.
* Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, ESS, MSS, and cross-module integration.
* Experience with SAP tools (LSMW, workflow, portal).
* Ability to work independently and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
