What you'll do
In the Sales Executive role, you will support the Sales team to achieve and exceed their revenue targets by providing administrative support, including assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings and/or presentations, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of revenue streams from a portfolio of both existing and new clients - e.g. building high‐end proposals and other sales documents.
* Assist in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels.
* Campaign assistance, inclusive of scheduling, post‐campaign reporting, among other related tasks.
* Developing detailed knowledge of all inventory and products, along with checking competitive inventory where required.
* Sourcing, collating and typing correspondence and requests for the Sales team; keeping proof of posting requests and delivery; and general administrative duties on demand.
What you'll bring
* To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, making sure information is correctly stored and recorded appropriately on internal platforms and systems.
* Being an excellent communicator (verbal and written), with an open, honest and respectful communication style with internal and external stakeholders alike.
* Advanced level of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Excellent customer service and time management skills.
* An understanding of the retail media environment is highly desirable.
