**The Role**
As a reception Administrator, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and visitors, acting as the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries and managing requests and room bookings. You will also assist the internal site management team by acting as the conduit for client requests as well as other requests as required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and assist the Global team on daily tasks as required
- Answer all incoming calls, queries and direct them to the appropriate department in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors and guests, including the provision of support business services, acting as the interface between the client/visitor stakeholders and internal management staff
- Coordinate all tenancy-related requests and issues, including meeting room bookings, set-up and management and the provision of temporary offices
- Attendance on-site on a full-time Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) basis
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants
**Experience**:
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar or customer-facing role
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles, including strong professional telephone manner i.e. listening, questioning, empathy, and professionalism
- Ability to interpret queries and assist customers appropriately
- Demonstrated attention to detail, including good keyboard skills, speed and accuracy
