The Training Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering quality training services to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
* Conduct thorough audits to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with management to review training needs and identify gaps
* Deliver training and assessment as required
* Verify competencies and maintain accurate documentation
* Support other departments with their training requirements
* Coordinate internal and external training activities
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessing - TAE 40116
* Experience in training within the mining or maintenance industry
* Maintenance trade background is desirable
* Strong time management and coordination skills are essential
* Good understanding of Vocational Education and Training principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
