Project Coordinator - Indigenous Tobacco Research
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our dynamic research program aimed at generating evidence to help Australia rapidly and permanently end tobacco use.
About the Role
Working under broad direction, the successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating tobacco research projects, supporting First Nations engagement, and managing team activities across remote Northern Territory communities.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in project operations management, including human resources, budgeting, finance, travel logistics, and reporting within health or health research environments.
* A proven ability to work respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is essential for this role.
* Frequent travel to remote Central Australian communities will be required, often alongside other team members, to support community engagement and data collection activities.
