We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This site-based role will support operational leaders and teams across multiple local work sites, providing day-to-day HR support and helping navigate change.
The successful candidate will be based in Geraldton, a thriving regional hub with strong connections to community and industry. They will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and provide expert advice on people matters.
Key responsibilities include partnering with supervisors and managers on HR matters, coaching frontline leaders, responding to on-the-ground HR issues, supporting change and workforce planning initiatives, and working closely with WHS and operations teams.
Requirements for the role include 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP position, ideally in an operational or multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian HR legislation and frameworks, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
