Organisational Change Manager – Cyber Security

What role will you play?
As a Organisational Change Manager, you will oversee and deliver programme‑level engagement, communications, and training across a multi‑year technology transformation. You will provide strategic advice, guide executive communications, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality materials for a range of stakeholder groups. Your work will shape and execute practical change management strategies, supporting the adoption of new capabilities and strengthening the programme's brand and alignment across technology functions.
What you offer
* Extensive experience (10+ years) leading complex change management initiatives within technology‑driven environments such as cyber security, risk, engineering, or digital transformation
* Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans that drive successful outcomes
* Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to translate technical information into clear,(functional) business language and produce high‑quality information materials
* Proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and online whiteboards
* Understanding of learning frameworks and experience in developing targeted training and educational content
* Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise work effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* A flexible approach and willingness to embrace and adapt to change
