The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll lead all aspects of kitchen operations — from menu creation and food costing to staff mentoring and service execution. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to innovate, inspire, and work hands-on with the team.
- Designing and evolving seasonal menus
- Managing and motivating a passionate kitchen team
- Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation across every dish
- Overseeing kitchen budgets, stock control, and food safety compliance
- Collaborating with directors to deliver top-tier dining experiences
About You
- Proven experience in a senior chef or head chef role
- Passionate about food, local produce, and kitchen culture
- Natural leader with strong communication and team-building skills
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised
- Knowledge of cost control, ordering, and kitchen systems
- Relevant qualifications and food safety certifications
