Business Operations Administrator (358164) – Integrity Commission, Corporate Services.
Location: Hobart | Region: South | Employment type: Permanent, full-time | Hours per fortnight: 73.50 hours (flexible options available).
Salary: $99,482 to $104,352 per annum | General Stream Band 5 (Tasmanian State Service Award).

Duties
* Coordinate the Commission's expenditure transactions and procurement processes in accordance with Government financial policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
* Assist the Director, Corporate Services with coordination and preparation of the Commission's budget and monitor/report on projected costs and revenue throughout the year.
* Assist the Director, Corporate Services to ensure compliance with external statutory reporting requirements, support audits, monitor the Service Level Agreement, and provide administrative support to the Risk and Audit Committee.
* Monitor, maintain and communicate a manual of core operational, administrative and IT policies and procedures, ensuring privacy law and cybersecurity considerations where relevant.
* Coordinate, maintain and monitor inventory, strategic risk registers and business continuity planning.
* Administer all tenancy requirements, including coordination of related services, access fob management for staff, and building maintenance.
* Act as liaison with relevant operational service providers, both within Government and externally.
* Coordinate IT infrastructure requirements, including regular system updates and improvements; support primary/secondary system administrators for critical business systems by working with external providers, internal DoJ ICT teams, and internal users.
* Perform duties as primary Web Editor, supported by DoJ Web Services team.
* Other duties relevant to the Corporate Services Unit as required by the Director, Corporate Services or the CEO.
Qualifications and requirements
* A security vetting process to obtain Baseline security clearance (access to classified information up to PROTECTED). Australian citizenship is a requirement of security vetting.
* A pre-employment check on any disciplinary or managerial action in previous employment.
* A tertiary or post-secondary qualification relevant to administration, procurement, technology, financial management, accounting, or substantial progress toward a relevant qualification with applicable experience.
* Experience working in or with the Tasmanian public sector or equivalent.
