We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
* Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
* Monitor and control stock levels, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Able to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Hold a valid RSA certification (or willing to obtain one)
