Customer Service Officer | Community Bank Kincumber | NSW. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Kincumber.

Responsibilities
* Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch
* Keeping up with constant change and supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate
* Being the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries and paperwork while keeping risk considerations at the forefront
* Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning with on-the-job training and external development opportunities
* Building connections by supporting customers, giving back to the community and engaging in local activities
What you'll bring to the role
* Experience in a customer service environment and ability to achieve targets
* Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
* Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
* Drive for collaboration and a team-oriented mindset
* Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential
