Job Description
This is a great opportunity to work in a caring environment, providing support to our hospitality function. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
You will assist with catering, cleaning, and laundry duties, working closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services. Your previous experience in food service or cleaning will be highly valued, but not essential. What's important is that you have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
* Maintaining legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards
* Completing required documentation and reporting
* Responding to residents' queries and requests
* Loading washers and dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen
* Assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing
* General cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
