Seek a challenging role within our Valuation Modelling and Economics team. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets
* Manage and prepare valuation reports, which may include assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis
* Maintain positive relationships with client personnel and EY project teams and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with:
* A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis
* Approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience
* Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes
* Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software preferred
* Experience conducting valuations for accounting and or tax planning purposes is desired
