Crèche Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Crèche Manager to lead our team in Osborne Park.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise children and ensure a safe, welcoming crèche environment.
* Oversee the check-in/check-out process, upholding policies and procedures.
* Manage staff to deliver exceptional care and service.
* Handle rostering and shift management.
* Lead meetings and present updates during regular club catch-ups.
* Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and support.
* Address customer feedback and concerns professionally.
* Maintain crèche cleanliness.
* Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and staff qualifications.
* Complete incident reporting and maintain documentation.
* Develop and implement crèche policies and procedures.
* Delegate tasks and instructions effectively across the team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar childcare or crèche management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for health, fitness, and creating positive member experiences.
* Proven ability to manage teams and rosters effectively.
* Experience with customer service and handling escalations.
* Knowledge of childcare compliance, incident protocols, and duty of care.
* Reliable, well-presented, and highly organised.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
* Availability to work flexible hours aligned with gym operations.
