About People & Development / Human Resources Consultant role:


Key Responsibilities

* Support business teams with people issues, recommending solutions to leaders and stakeholders.

* Assist on projects and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives.

* Deliver annual performance, talent and remuneration activities for leaders.

* Implement change initiatives aligned with firm strategy.

* Support employee engagement, retention and talent development and coaching.

* Analyze data to inform business solutions.

* Elevate people risks and employee relations issues.

* Collaborate with other departments across the organization.

Requirements

* Experience in HR consulting or intermediary HR role preferably in professional services or complex organizations.

* Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.

* Flexible proactive style and willingness to work with diverse stakeholders.

* Proactivity and high attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Able to establish a professional profile and internal networks.

* Strong team ethic.

* Desire to learn grow network mentor others.
