In this multi-site role, you'll be rostered across several of our Southern Gold Coast clinics all are only 5km away from each other, so flexibility and reliable transport are essential. You'll be responsible for: Welcoming and checking in patients Answering phones and managing email enquiries Booking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma) Advising patients on preparation requirements Quoting fees and processing payments Handling DVA and third-party claims Supporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care What You'll Bring A warm, professional, and approachable personality Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus!)
