We’re building a Voice AI platform that helps tradies and home-services businesses stop missing jobs. Our AI Receptionist answers and makes calls, books jobs automatically, and helps small business owners win back their time. We're building fast and are looking for an ambitious sales person to join our growing team!
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Sales & Account Executive who loves talking to people, thrives on hitting targets, and wants to grow with an early-stage startup.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll spend your days on the phone with tradies: reaching out to current prospects, following up with warm leads, and helping new customers get set up and see results. You’ll also look after existing clients to make sure they’re getting real value from Chime Labs.
From time to time, you’ll jump in the car to visit key clients locally or attend events where tradies hang out.
If you’ve ever sold to small business owners or worked in the trades space, you’ll know how much they value people who can just get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to tradies (plumbers, sparkies, HVAC, etc.)
- Follow up warm leads and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
- Hit weekly targets for calls, demos, and conversions
- Onboard new customers and tweak their AI Receptionist prompts as needed
- Build relationships and ensure clients are seeing results - this may involve going to see clients in person in the Sydney area
What We\'re Looking For
- 1–3 years in sales or account management (ideally in trades, SaaS, or small business)
- Confident communicator who enjoys phone-based selling
- Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging
- Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Hungry to learn, earn, and grow in a fast-moving AI startup
