A rare part-time opportunity to step into a diverse, fast-paced role supporting two dynamic Directors while managing a portfolio of commercial properties. Perfect for someone who loves organisation, variety and being the “go-to” person who keeps everything running smoothly.
The Role
A 70/30 blend of Commercial Property Management and Executive/Office Support, including:
Property Management
- Handle tenant enquiries & maintenance requests
- Coordinate contractors and preventative maintenance
- Conduct inspections & prepare reports
- Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease administration
- Process invoices, reconcile rent rolls & prepare monthly landlord reports
- Assist with budgeting, compliance and WHS requirements
Office & EA Support
- Diary/email management for Directors
- Prepare reports, presentations & correspondence
- Maintain office systems and digital filing
- Process invoices, receipts & reconciliations
- Liaise with clients, tenants and suppliers
- Assist with monthly reporting packs & admin support across the property portfolio
About You
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident with property terminology (desirable)
- Background in commercial property, admin, bookkeeping or trust accounts highly regarded
- Professional, mature, relationship-driven
