We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
* The role is based in Katanning.
About Our Team:
A Multi Channel Branch combines face-to-face service with digital banking options.
* Before 1pm: Assist customers with everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
* After 1pm: Resolve customer complaints and assist via telephone or other digital channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries.
* Build relationships through meaningful conversations and use of digital banking options.
* Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
* Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products.
* Capture customer feedback and take action to improve service.
