As the Co Store Manager, you'll support the Regional Manager by stepping into the Store Manager's role during peak trading times. Your leadership will be vital in keeping the store running smoothly and supporting the state when the Store Manager is off-site. This is a dynamic position where you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth, energetic, and customer-focused operations while driving results and energizing your team.
This Full Time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

* Create rosters that keep the store running smoothly and ensure the team is always supported during those peak trading times
What You'll Bring
* Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Previous retail leadership experience.
* Passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
* Proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.
* Visual merchandising experience is a big plus
