We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys delivering excellent results for every client.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with current safety and plumbing standards
• Deliver high-quality workmanship across both residential and commercial settings
• Work closely with project builders to meet construction timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Lynch Brothers brand with professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in plumbing, pipe installation, and drainage
• Strong background in working with project builders (new construction experience a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• A customer-first mindset and great communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel within the Northern NSW, Gold Coast, and Logan areas
• Relevant trade certifications and plumbing licenses
