Job Overview:

* Develop and implement effective cleaning strategies to maintain high-quality results.
* Collaborate with the Site Manager and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Monitor stock control of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
* Prioritize tasks and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Good understanding of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety requirements.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening.
* National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months).
* Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (highly desirable).
* Full working rights in Australia.
