We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to advance a portfolio of nationally and internationally significant initiatives operating at the intersection of community wellbeing, workforce mobility and systems innovation.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated and proven business development experience in enterprise-level relationship building and revenue growth.
Experience in community wellbeing, workforce mobility, or systems innovation sectors is highly preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities with prospective clients and partners
* Deliver professional product and service briefings via phone, virtual meetings and in‐person presentations
* Prepare proposals, tenders, funding submissions and partnership documentation
* Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships that support sustainable revenue and measurable outcomes
* Undertake mandatory interstate and international travel to meet with clients and partners face-to-face
* Build and maintain long‐term relationships to achieve growth and impact targets
* Work alongside senior leaders and industry experts
* Maintain accurate CRM records of communications and activities
* Gain exposure to new investment initiatives and emerging opportunities across the group
* Utilise advanced proposal and tender writing skills to secure funding submissions and partnership agreements
* Represent the organisation at key meetings, industry forums and sector events
* Track performance, pipeline development and partnership outcomes, reporting regularly on progress and impact
About You
* Strong established networks, relationship‐building and stakeholder engagement capability
* Market intelligence and trend awareness

* Professional communication skills and commercial acumen
* An interest in social impact, systems change or community‐driven innovation
* Prior industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
* Represent the organisation as a sector ambassador and thought leader
* Ability to apply strong commercial acumen to structure deals, mitigate risk and maximise impact
