Job Description:
The Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing configurations, monitoring performance, and providing technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain Windows Server fleet (VMWare, AWS, Azure) to ensure reliable and effective ICT services.
* Provide web server system administration and support as required for the Digital Information Office (DIO) Business.
* Solve complex issues across diverse platforms while navigating unique public sector challenges.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration and support.
* Proficiency in PowerShell.
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS) administration including ASP.Net application administration, SFTP administration, multi-domain management in a federated environment, TLS certificate configuration and management, and Web services administration.
* Competency with Active Directory and DNS.
